I am sorry for your loss. I remember Valerie as a good-natured person. In recent years I saw how her affliction progressed and changed. It must have been very hard for you to witness the decline. Alzheimers is a very debilitating disease, but you were a great caretaker. She is at peace now. Take comfort that you did the best you could. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Fred Jaggi - 11/03/2012

Val wrote these notes in 2004
I feel the air
I feel the rain
I feel the love
I feel the pain
Of those who love
But never gain
Why are we so
I want to know
I love the earth
I love the sky
I feel the breeze
I see the beauty of the flower
I feel your love
I feel your power
Why are we so
I want to know
Why are we so
