Domenico DiFusco

Domenico DiFusco 91, of Cranston died unexpectedly at home on January 21, 2015. He was the devoted husband of the late Viola Siravo.Domenico was born February 20, 1923 in Providence. Son of Giuseppina (Colucci) and Giuseppe DiFusco. He leaves a son Joseph DiFusco of Cranston, a daughter Marie DuCharme of Cranston, son in law Leo DuCharme and Grandson Brett Bache. Domenico was a jewelry supervisor for many years. He served honorably in the Army Air Force during WWII in India, Burma, and China. Domenico was a gentle, loving man who was full of life and always ready to play the dices. He was a devoted father, father-in-law, and grandfather who truly loved his family and taught them life's lessons. He was an inspiration to his family and so many others. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at 11:00am in St. Matthew’s Church (corner of Park and Elmwood Avenues) in Cranston. Burial with Military Honors will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4:00-7:00pm in The Butterfield Chapel 500 Pontiac Avenue Cranston.
