Nevora (Carr) Goding 85, passed away on April 10, 2015 at the VNA Hospice of Vero Beach. She was the wife of James A. Goding for 62 years. Born in New Shoreham, Rhode Island she was the daughter of the late Milton and Iantha (Ball) Carr. As a graduate of Central High School she later worked as a jewelry designer. Nevora had lived in Cranston for many years before moving to Vero Beach 25 years ago. Besides her husband she is survived by her children James Goding Jr. of Vero Beach, FL, Kathleen Grilli of Cranston, Nancy Leonard of Cranston, Raymond Goding of Pawtucket, Daniel Goding Sr. of Savannah, GA, Sandi Goding of Vero Beach, FL., 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Her funeral will be held on Saturday at 10:00am in The Butterfield Chapel 500 Pontiac Avenue Cranston. Visitation will be held on Friday from 5:00-8:00pm. In lieu of flowers donations to the VNA of the Treasure Coast 1110 35th Lane #1 Vero Beach, Florida 32960 would be appreciated.

I am so sorry. I remember as a teen coming to the house. She was always a sweet lady. May God wrap her tight in his arms. Rest in peace.
