Alexander J. Higham
Alexander J. Higham 27, of Briarwood Road in Cranston, passed away unexpectedly on August 24, 2016. Alexander was known for his endearing personality that drew people to him. He considered everyone who came into his life a friend. Alexander was born on April 27, 1989 in Providence. He was the beloved son of Karen M. Higham and Edgar Perez. Alexander grew up in Cranston where he lived until 2004, when he made his home in West Warwick. Alexander leaves behind his loving mother Karen and father Edgar, sisters Jennifer Higham, Stephanie Munoz, brother Osman Munoz, paternal grandparents, nieces Sophia and Brianna, and many cousins, aunts and uncles. Alexander also leaves behind his fiancé, Anastasia Leigh Lebrun. He was the grandson of the late William and Betty Higham. Alexander loved having fun, and was always willing to lend a helping hand to his family and friends. He was friendly to everyone he encountered and always had a big smile on his face. He enjoyed cooking, repairing houses and cars, and meeting new people. Alexander attended Cranston High School East in 2007. A Christian Prayer Service will be celebrated on Thursday September 1st at 10:00am in St. Matthews Church (corner of Park and Elmwood Avenues) Cranston. Burial will follow in Pawtuxet Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4:00-7:00pm in The Butterfield Chapel 500 Pontiac Avenue Cranston.
