Councilman Mark J. Wildenhain, Pawtucket - 05/23/2012

To the Martin Family,
I was deeply saddened to hear of your loss. I met Charles at the polka dances at the german hall in Pawtucket. He was one of most genuine person I have ever met. His picture tells his story, his smile told how much he enjoyed his life and stories, that always brought a smile, to whomever had the pleasure of his company. May his soul rest in the light of Gods true love.
