D'Angelo, Michael, passed away peacefully at the West Shore Health Center surrounded by his family.
He was born in Providence and was the son of the late Giuseppe and Guiseppine (Zattara) D'Angelo.
He was a longtime resident of Cranston, formerly of Pawtucket. He is survived by a brother Joseph D'Angelo
and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded by his brothers Thomas, James, Manuel, and Ralph.
Mr. D'Angelo was a plasterer by trade and worked in the family business at the age of 50 he went on to work at Hasbro as a forklift operator and joined the Teamsters 251. He was a man that enjoyed his work and didn't think of it as a job. Mr. D'Angelo also enjoyed walking and getting together at the local coffee shop. Most of all he loved Baseball and Football. He enjoyed spending time with his family, all the nieces and nephews have their own special memories of Uncle Mike. A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 10:00am in the Butterfield Chapel 500 Pontiac Avenue Cranston. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service (from 9:00-10:00am)

I was saddened to hear of Uncle Mike's passing.my condolence's to Uncle Joe and Sandra and Tommy and all cousins. I will be donating to St. Jude in Uncle's memory. I am unable to attend, but, my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

So sorry. To hear of uncle Mike's death I have a lot of childhood memories all good about the dangelo family
