Ruth S. Kosinski
Ruth S. Kosinski was 60 years of age when she passed of natural causes in her home at 24 Judith Avenue Warwick, Rhode Island. She was a state employee for 34 years. She worked as a CNA/IAP during that time. She was born in Rhode Island. Her mother was Josephine Kosinsky. She lived in North Providence and moved to Warwick in 1991. She loved animals and had many cats and dogs during her life. She learned how to play the guitar and the banjo when she was a teenager. She was a loving and caring person to all of those that crossed her path, including her co-workers and especially her patients. She would have been delighted if those that would recognize her passing provide a gift to the Animal Warwick Shelter. Her funeral will take place on Saturday at 7:00pm in The Butterfield Chapel 500 Pontiac Avenue Cranston. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service beginning at 5:00pm. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery in Cranston.
