Francis C. "Frank" Perreault

Perreault, Francis C. “Frank” 89, died on Friday at the Riverview Healthcare Community surrounded by the love of his family. He was the son of the late Francis C. and Marion (Benedict) Perreault and husband of over 50 years to the late Margaret (Holmes) Perreault. Frank lived in the Norwood section of Warwick for most of his life and had worked for over 25 years for the Prudential Insurance Company before retiring in 1982. Prior to that he was a salesman for the RCNEHI Bottling Company. He was also WWII veteran who served in the US Coast Guard. Frank was a past president of the Warwick Station Seven Volunteers and a member of the Universal Ship Cancellation Society. He was an avid collector of Navy Philatelic materials, postcards, stamps, and coins. He is survived by his two children Linda A. Whittaker and Peter F. Perreault, four grandchildren Melissa M. DiRaimo, Robert H. Whittaker Jr., Jeffrey E., Matthew P. Perreault and two great grandchildren Julia M. and Antonio DiRaimo III. He was the brother of the late Gerald J. Perreault. The funeral will be held on Wednesday at 8:45am from The Butterfield Chapel 500 Pontiac Avenue Cranston followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Williams Church Pettaconsett Avenue Warwick at 10:00am. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4:00-7:00pm. Kindly omit flowers. Donations to the American Heart Association RI Chapter 222 Richmond Street Providence, RI 02903 would be appreciated.

Dear Linda and Family, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your Dad/ Grandfather. I never had the pleasure to meet him but my first thought when I saw his picture was " You look like him". You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. I am so sorry for your loss.

Linda I was so sorry to read this. I actually was on this site for someone else. I live in Fla. for the winter months in Vero Beach and only spend 3/4 months in RI now. My deepest sympathies to you & Pete. I do see that you are on FB. Time changes all things and you are in my prayers today.
