Edna J. Holland

Holland, Edna J. (Carello) 88 of Clifton Park, New York, formerly of Park West Apartments in Providence died on February 17, 2012. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Edna Carello. Edna was employed at the Rhode Island Hospital for 20 years, retiring in 1986. She is survived by her daughter Patricia A. Taylor (Gary), two grandchildren Colleen Stocker (William) and Bradley Taylor (Audrey) and six great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Francis V. Holland, the twin sister of the late Estelle E. Boule, and the sister of the late Francis and Joseph Carello and Eileen Brock. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday February 25th at 11:00am in The Butterfield Chapel 500 Pontiac Avenue Cranston. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00am. Kindly omit flowers. Donations in her memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association P.O. Box 11454 Alexandria, VA 22312.

Dear Pat and family. I was so sorry to read of your Mothers death. She was a great woman who survived much. You wre so fortunate to have her with you. I remember all the funny times we had on Ayrault St. We will keep you in our prayers. Estelle and Edna together again.
